Shampoo bars are simple to use, simply rub the bar on to wet hair in a circular motion then lather with your hands. Great for hand luggage too as they don't count as liquids. All my products are free from the harsh chemical SLS ( sodium Lauryl Sulfate) not to be confused with SLES ( sodium Laureth sulphate ) a mild foaming agent often found in baby products and which they do contain.
